Every bundle is priced per user per month with a minimum of 10 licences (for example ISMS Pro at ten seats lists at £600 per month before any discount). Monthly shows that standard list total each month. Annual plan means you still pay each month, but at 15% below the list total for your seat count—there is no requirement to prepay the full year upfront. Additional licences you add are charged at the published monthly list rate per user (£30 / £40 / £60 by bundle), pro‑rated in the normal way. Use the calculator on each card to change seat counts.

Basic incident management is included with Service Management (staff and customer portal when enabled) and aligns with the service desk experience. A future Full Incident Management add-on with deeper ITIL-style capabilities will be offered separately—coming soon (planned chargeable module).

It includes the ISO-aligned workspace (risks, controls, Statement of Applicability, auditing toolkit) and the Management Meetings module for agendas, scheduled reviews, and runsheets. Use the calculator for seat count: on an annual plan you still pay every month, at 15% below the list total (e.g. 10 seats £510/mo vs £600/mo list—about £6,120 over 12 months). Additional licences are charged at the £60 per user / month list rate (pro‑rated).
Each feature has its own trial period (14-30 days). After activating a trial you can create user accounts and add as many trial licenses as you want. No credit card is required to start. You only need to add a payment method if you decide to continue after the trial period.
A license grants one user access to a product bundle or module. For example, ten users on Service Management Basic need ten bundle licences at £30 each = £300 per month at the list price (the published minimum is ten licences). Service Management Pro is £40 per user per month at list (£400 per month for ten seats) and includes Knowledge Base editors. ISMS Pro is £60 per user per month at list (£600/month for ten seats) and includes Management Meetings. On an annual plan you still pay each month, but the bundle total is 15% below that list amount for your seat count (not a lump prepayment for the year). Yes. You can subscribe to more than one bundle where it makes sense—for example Service Management Pro for your service desk and ISMS Pro for your information security management workspace. Each bundle is priced and calculated separately using the list and annual-plan rules on this page. For anything outside these published bundles, contact sales.
No hidden fees, no setup costs, no user limits during trials. You only pay for active licenses after the trial period ends. Cancel anytime with no penalties - no waiting until the end of your billing month.
You'll receive notifications before your trial expires to let you decide whether you want to continue or not. If you decide to continue, you don't need to do anything - all active licenses will automatically transfer into a paid subscription, we will work out how much you need to pay until the end of your billing month and add it to your next bill.
Yes! You can add or remove licenses at any time. Billing is prorated, so you only pay for what you use. On bundles, any extra seats you add are charged at the published monthly list rate per user for that product (£30 / £40 / £60), pro‑rated in the usual way. Scale up or down as your needs change.
