How the Trust Centre helps

A Trust Centre is the published face of the programme. Customers can see the evidence you choose to show, and ask for the rest. Unpublished centres are not available: the public address shows not found until you publish.

What visitors can be shown

A featured file or document is one you want visitors to notice. Featuring is not available while the item is hidden. The overview counts assets and documents in each visibility, plus active marks, pending requests, and who can currently sign in.

  • The page itself. A header, an introduction, a logo, and a background. The address comes from the business name.
  • Files. Reports and other assets that are not already controlled documents.
  • Certification marks. Logos visitors can see, with a mark switched off when it should no longer appear as current.
  • Documents. Policies and procedures already in the library, offered on the centre without a second copy.
  • Articles. Read-only advice for visitors. This is a separate library from service desk help, and it does not use ticket workflows.
  • Access. A visitor can open public material immediately. By-request material waits until you approve them. Hidden material is not offered.

When you need to change it

Publishing and branding, assets, certificate marks, documents, articles, and access requests describe how to change the centre.
