The public Trust Centre stays hidden until you publish it. Use the Overview tab to set how the page looks, save, and only then share the link.
Open the overview
In the application, go to Governance & Assurance, then Trust Centre. Stay on Overview. The route is /app/governance-assurance/trust-centre.
What you can change
- Header label. Shown in the top banner. Leave it blank to use your business name followed by “Trust Centre”.
- Intro. Shown on the public overview. You can use headings, lists, and basic formatting.
- Background colour. The page background. Pick a colour or type a hex value.
- Company logo. A PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG shown in a banner under the header. You can replace it or remove it.
- Published. Visitors can open the public URL only after this is ticked and you save. Until then the URL shows not found.
The public URL
The path is taken from your business name. You can copy it from Overview, but you cannot type a different slug on this page. Set the business name first if the URL is empty.
Save settings after any change. Publishing without saving does not make the centre live.
