Open Communications, then Configuration. Three lists feed the register. You cannot type a new type, timing, or mechanism on the communication itself.
The three lists
- Communication type. How you classify the purpose, such as awareness, a policy update, or a regulatory notice.
- Timing. When or how often it is sent, such as annually, within 24 hours, or on policy approval.
- Mechanism for sending. How it is delivered, such as email, a meeting, the intranet, or an LMS. Pick the primary channel if more than one is used.
Change a list
Add, edit, or remove values on the configuration page for that list. Then choose them on the register.
