Open Supplier Management, then Configuration. The route is /app/suppliers/configuration. These lists are what the register and the overview can use.
The three lists
- Categories. How you group suppliers for the register and for reporting filters.
- Statuses. Lifecycle states such as proposed, onboarding, active, and inactive. The overview’s active-supplier count uses the active suppliers.
- Criticality tiers. Tiers 1 to 4. Tier 1 is the highest criticality. The overview groups active suppliers by these tiers.
