Open Settings, then Teams. The route is /app/settings/team-management/teams.
The list
Each team is Active or Disabled. A disabled team stays on the list so the group is not thrown away, and it is not counted as a current team.
Assign the team from user management, alongside the person’s roles. The team does not grant permissions. The role does.
