How to attach NDAs, contracts & documents

Supplier records support attachments so NDAs, master services agreements, and other evidence sit next to the vendor—not only in email. Categories (such as contract, NDA, or other) help procurement and compliance teams filter what matters.

Attach a file

  1. Open the supplier in View (or Edit) with a role that can manage attachments.
  2. Open the Contracts, NDA, or Attachments area (labels depend on your UI version).
  3. Choose Attach or Add document, select the file, and pick a category and any required metadata (title, effective dates, notes).
  4. Confirm upload. The file appears in the supplier’s attachment list for authorised users.

Legacy NDA fields

Some tenants still maintain a dedicated NDA section on the supplier profile alongside attachments. Use whichever your administrator standardises on; avoid duplicating the same agreement in two places without a process reason.

Document Management module

For controlled organisational documents (policies, standards), use the Document Management library. Supplier attachments are optimised for third-party evidence next to the vendor record.
