How to add supplier contacts

Contacts keep communication lines clear: who to call for service issues, who signs NDAs, and who handles billing. In ISMSVision, contacts belong to the supplier record and can be maintained from the supplier view or edit flows (depending on your permissions).

Before you start

You need access to Supplier Management with permission to view or edit suppliers and contacts. Open Supplier management from the app navigation, then locate the supplier (search or browse the directory).

Add a contact

  1. Open the supplier’s View or Edit experience.
  2. Find the Contacts section (or tab).
  3. Choose Add contact (or equivalent).
  4. Enter name, role or title, email, phone, and any other fields your organisation uses.
  5. Save. The contact appears on the supplier record for everyone with access.

Edit or remove

Use the contact row actions to update details when people change roles or leave. Removing a contact does not delete audit history elsewhere in the app where it may have been referenced—follow your internal data retention policy.
