Supplier management is the record of third parties the organisation depends on. The overview looks at active suppliers. The register is the full list. Opening a supplier shows the people, the reviews, and the agreements.
What the overview shows
Categories, statuses, and criticality tiers are lists you define. Status examples include proposed, onboarding, active, and inactive. Criticality tiers run from 1 to 4, and 1 is the highest.
- Active suppliers. Suppliers that are still active.
- Criticality. Tiers, where tier 1 is the highest criticality.
- Service review compliance. Among suppliers with a scheduled next review, in-date reviews against overdue ones. In-date means due soon or later. The score is in-date divided by in-date plus overdue.
- NDA expiry and contract renewal. Which agreements are approaching an end, and which have passed it.
When you need to change it
The supplier register, the supplier record, and supplier configuration describe the list and the record.
