Open Asset Management, then Register. The route is /app/asset-management/register.
What each row shows
Search and filter the register, then open a row to change it. The lists behind type, classification, criticality, and status are maintained in configuration.
- Asset and tag or ID. The name people use, and the identifier that keeps two assets apart.
- Type. The category you defined, such as hardware, software, services, or data.
- Classification. The information-handling label, such as internal or confidential.
- Criticality. How important the asset is if it is disrupted.
- Status. Where it is in its life, such as active, planned, or retired.
- Owner and location. Who looks after it, and where it sits.
