Use Add Metric. The metric name, the management system, and the status are required.
Fields
- Metric. A short name, such as “Overdue control tests” or “Privacy requests closed on time”.
- Management system. For example ISO 27001 or ISO 42001, from the systems active for you.
- Unit. How the result is expressed, such as %, count, days, or hours. Keep the same unit every time.
- Target. The result you are aiming for, in that unit, such as “≥ 95%” or “≤ 5 days”.
- Owner. Who collects the result and acts when it misses the target.
- Description. How it is calculated, where the data comes from, and how often it is reviewed.
- Status. Draft while you are defining it, Active while it is monitored, Retired when it is no longer required.
Change a row
View, edit, or delete from the row. Search uses the metric name, the owner, and the description. Retiring a metric keeps the definition; it takes it out of the active count.
