A party record goes stale if nobody says when it was checked. Last reviewed and review triggers are that note.
Review
Last reviewed is the date the record was last checked. Review triggers say what should cause the next look: an organisational change, a new system, the annual management system review, or something similar.
Sort the register by last reviewed when you want the oldest checks first. Under review is a status you can set while that check is open. Archived is for a party who no longer needs to be considered.
Controls register
The detail view has a controls register section. Link the implemented controls that meet this party’s needs. The link is the bridge from “someone expects this” to “this control is how we meet it”.
