Overview is the first tab in Incident Management. The route is /app/incident-management. The counts come from the register.
The counts
Resolved incidents are not counted as open, and they are not counted in the closed figure unless the status is closed. Open the register to change a record.
- Incidents on register. Every incident currently listed.
- Open. Status is anything other than closed or resolved.
- Major. Incidents marked as a major incident.
- Closed. Status is closed.
