Use Add Context item. Title, internal or external, and status are required.
Fields
- Title. A short name, such as “Reliance on a single cloud provider”.
- Internal / external. Where the issue comes from.
- Category. A group you have defined under Configuration. Optional, and used for filtering.
- Owner. Who monitors the issue and updates the record.
- Description. What the issue is, why it matters, and any review notes.
- Status. Draft while you are describing it, Active while it shapes the management system, Retired when it no longer applies.
Change a row
View, edit, or delete from the row. Delete selected removes the ticked items. Search uses the title, category, owner, and description.
