Planning is two required steps. Set the schedule, then choose the question set. The preview shows the audits before you generate them. You need a title and at least one standard ticked.
Set the schedule
- Audit title. One audit uses this title. Several are named Title - 1, Title - 2, and so on.
- Start date. Due date of the first audit. Each later audit is one frequency step after that.
- End date. Optional. Audits that would fall after this date are skipped, so you may get fewer than you asked for.
- Number of audits. From 1 to 50. Matching questions are shared across them.
- Frequency. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual, counted from the start date.
How questions are split
Grouped keeps questions from the same standard or domain together. Group by standard or domain. If there are fewer groups than audits, questions are split evenly instead.
Organised sorts by question ID, then splits evenly. Randomised shuffles first, then splits evenly.
Include all matching questions, or a fixed number per audit. A cited group that is already larger than that cap still stays on one audit. Tick domains only when you want to narrow the standards you have already chosen.
After you generate
The new rows are scheduled audits with checklists. Open them from Schedule or Calendar. Change the bank first if the preview is the wrong set of questions.
