Auditing overview

Overview is the first tab in Auditing. It does not create audits. It shows whether the programme is being done, and where to open the next one.

The counts at the top

  • Scheduled audits. How many are on the register, how many are overdue, and how many are due in the next seven days. Completed and cancelled audits are not counted as overdue.
  • Completion. How many audits are completed, and that number as a percentage of the register.
  • Question bank. How many questions you hold, split into active and inactive.
  • In progress. Audits whose status is in progress, plus how many standards and domains the bank covers.

Coverage, attention, and history

Coverage this year is shown per standard. A question can be audited (it was on a completed audit this year), scheduled, seen only in an earlier year, or not planned.

Needs attention lists overdue audits, checklists still in progress, and findings sitting on an audit that is not complete. Open a row to go to that audit.

Audits per year counts audits, completions, non-conformities, opportunities for improvement, and risks. Findings raised lists the audits that have those items. Upcoming audits groups what is due today, in the next seven days, and in the next month.

Where the work is changed

Use Schedule for the register, Calendar for dates, and Questions for the bank. Checklist answers live on each audit.
