ISMSVision Beta Program Agreement

🚀 Beta Program Notice

ISMSVision is currently in beta testing. By using this service, you acknowledge that the software is in development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues. This is a free beta program with no financial obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ISMSVision ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Beta Program Participation

2.1 Beta Testing Agreement

As a beta participant, you agree to:

  • Test the Service and provide feedback on functionality, usability, and performance
  • Report bugs, errors, and issues through our designated feedback channels
  • Use the Service for legitimate business purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Keep confidential any proprietary information about the Service

2.2 Beta Limitations

You acknowledge that during the beta period:

  • The Service may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to frequent changes
  • Data loss or corruption may occur - regular backups are recommended
  • Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
  • No service level agreements (SLAs) apply during beta testing

3. User Accounts and Security

3.1 Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Multi-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security. You are responsible for maintaining access to your MFA devices.

4. Data and Privacy

4.1 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to process and store it to provide the Service.

4.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Regular security audits and monitoring
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Secure data centers and infrastructure

4.3 Data Backup and Recovery

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data during the beta period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's performance, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

8. Beta Program Termination

8.1 Program End

The beta program may end at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before termination and assist with data export when possible.

8.2 Transition to Paid Service

Upon beta completion, the Service may transition to a paid model. Beta participants will receive advance notice and may be offered preferential pricing or migration options.

9. Support and Feedback

Beta support is provided on a best-effort basis. We encourage feedback through our designated channels and may use your feedback to improve the Service without compensation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
